Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers

1. Our vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase (except for special promotions, when this period could vary).
 

2.  Extension of the voucher period of validity will be strictly at the discretion of Middle C Productions and will incur an administration fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds will only be given if we are contacted within one calendar month from the period of purchase. An administration charge of 20% of the original cost (up to a maximum of £30) will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the session start time are not refundable.
 

3. Customers failing to turn up for a pre-booked session will not be offered an alternative date and will waive their right to a re-booking.  The voucher number will immediately become void.

4. It is only possible to re-schedule a session to another time if you contact us within 7 days of the original session date. The alternative date will be arranged at the discretion of Middle C Productions.

Age & Number of Guests

1. All visitors to the studio under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Guests are welcome to attend the session but we prefer to limit numbers to the singer plus 4 guests. This is because higher numbers can cause a distraction to the singer and possibly prevent them from doing the best job they can. However, partners, Mums & Dads etc. usually provide a welcome degree of support and encouragement!

The Session

1. Please arrive promptly for your booked session, no earlier than 10 minutes before the booked time.

2. Please note that it is not possible for your session to over run if you arrive late.

3. Please ensure that the singer is well rehearsed for the song/s they have chosen. It is far more beneficial to spend time practicing song/s at home so that, when you arrive at the studio, you can spend your time doing a great recording and really enjoying the experience.

General Conduct

1. All guests are expected to treat the studio, its contents and the Middle C Productions staff with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone who's behaviour causes concern.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. All details passed to us for the purposes of a booking remain secure and confidential. We do not store credit or debit card details and we do not pass on any customers' details to any third parties.
