Sonya was treated to some recording time at Middle C by a friend and she arrived at the session ready to put her stamp on three songs - the D J Sammy candlelight mix of 'Heaven', the Celine Dion power ballad 'Think Twice' and Leann Rimes' How Do I Live. Together with Sonya's friend Lyndsey, we gave her maximum encouragement, but after a couple of run throughs it really wasn't necessary because Sonya came into her own and started to go from strength to strength! Sonya told us she was no stranger to the karaoke stage and her 'signature' song is How Do I Live - so that's the song we have chosen to be included here. Sonya was absolutely beaming by the time she left the studio four hours later and was thrilled to have recorded her own CD. A very nice thank-you email popped into our in-box a few days later when she said that she had passed the CD to a DJ in a local club and the the whole audience cheered and sung along to her songs! Well done to Sonya.
