A week or so before Christmas we spent a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in the company of Lois Keown, her Mum & Dad, and three friends of Lois's - Lily, Rebecca and Abby. Lois was redeeming her 16th Birthday present from her parents - a recording session here at Middle C. Her recording package allowed her to do two songs and the girls chose this comeback single from the recently reformed All Saints - Rocksteady, plus on oldie from the Spice Girls. The girls were really wowed by the studio and its technology but kept their nerves and excitement at bay as they integrated their harmonies and had great fun with this rendition.
