Joanne and husband Bob joined us from Lincolnshire for a 5-Star Recording Experience and Jo had obviously put a huge amount of thought into her song choices, because she even brought her own backing tracks! We were treated to everything from smooth jazz ('Crazy'), 80s power-ballads ('Show Me Heaven' and 'Wind Beneath My Wings'), 60s soul ('Son of a Preacher Man') and even a country twist on an old classic ('Will you Still Love Me Tomorrow'). All Jo's songs were sung with class, belying the fact that she has still to take a step into live entertainment - although we get the feeling that may change very soon! STOP PRESS! - we have just heard from Jo and she did her first live gig on 12th July. The first of many, we're sure!
