A few words from Hazel's own CV:

"....Hazel Barrett from Hertfordshire has been performing on stage as a singer from the early age of 6.  Hazel has a passion for all aspects of music and has the determination to succeed as a professional singer.

She has attended stage school most of school life and went onto attend Italia Conti Performing Arts college.  She has had numerous solo performances all around the country and has sung live at the London Palladium.  She has also recently appeared in a Music Video as a dancer.

Hazel was given the opportunity to record with Middle C Productions as a gift for her 18^th Birthday.  She had a fantastic day and was very happy with the result.  Hazel will be using the CD as part of her professional portfolio....."

For our part, we can only add that it was an absolute pleasure to work with this highly talented girl who clearly has the will and the ability to succeed.  Hazel's choice of 'Time After Time' gave us the opportunity to showcase the vocal performance and give the song a very sparce backing arrangement of keyboards, guitar and bass.  Without the Cyndi Lauper touches of percussion and typical 80s production, the song now has the chance to breath and takes on a completely different appeal.  Listen for yourselves...

We have already discussed further recording projects with Hazel and we very much look forward to working with her again in the near future.
